“Thank you for providing a clean place to stay. Everything was so lovely. Too bad we we only had a couple hours there to stay. If we had a second night we would have enjoyed the other amenities like the pool and hot tub! I’m bummed I forgot my swimsuit reusable bag :( it was tan with a pink zipper and it said bikini on it. It was from my first job and holds memories. Other than that we appreciate you for being great hosts!!! We will return if posible. ”

“We traveled over from Denver looking for some quiet and space. This property offered both in abundance, and was clean and comfortable. We also appreciated the location equidistant between Alma and Fairplay, as we were able to run into both towns easily. Communication was easy, polite, and responsive as well.”

“This is one of the nicest short-term rentals we've used. Absolutely no complaints. It was cozy, beautiful area, comfortable, and quiet. Really appreciate the reasonable off-season prices for those of us on a budget, although it's definitely worth the price during busy ski season. Also, our host was very responsive when we needed help with access. Thank you!!”

“Some of the dishes in the cupboards were dirty, one of the glasses had a chip on the rim. We put it behind the sink. There was mold in the downstairs shower.Other than these things everything was amazing!! We will definitely be back!!”

“Host communicated promptly and easily. Instructions clear for special attention to front door and master shower. Food had been left in the fridge and while I can understand not wanting to waste food, I also do not want to eat someone else's opened peanut butter or jelly. ”

“Cozy stay and so close to shops and activities. There was an issue with the back door not securing but otherwise everything was in working order. The stream outside the unit is peaceful and really gives the feel of a lil oasis.”
