“The house was very charming! Highlights were the hardwood floors, tasteful decor, cleanliness, and friendly welcome! The property has been well maintained, with very clean and updated bathrooms, comfortable beds upstairs, and spacious kitchen, dining, and family/living areas downstairs. We played games and watched a couple movies during our stay, and walked the short distance to enjoy the downtown square to shop, dine, and browse the farmers market. Very close to downtown restaurants, grocery store as well as easy route to Mineral Point and Dodgeville. “The issue I had, which I shared with the owner was that from the description, add on services available, and photos we thought we were renting an entire place for a short friends reunion weekend. The description was a vacation home on a lake and it is 2 bedrooms with bathrooms under a real estate office. The coffee maker and fridge are in the bathroom.
