âMy husband and I absolutely loved this property. We will be returning! The room was spacious, very clean, modern. Quiet. We felt safe. There was a hotel shuttle to and from the event we attended. Couldnât have asked for a better experience. My only complaint was that the pizza we ordered from the restaurant wasnât as large as we expected. Derby City Gaming, weâll see you again September 2026! â
âWe received an excellent service from the staff. Hotel has very good conditions in bathroom and bedroom. Very comfortable, breakfast very good for the hotel price. All as expected.â
âWe loved that they included the shuttle and they had some cute clear packs with necessities as a welcome gift wince we went for the festival. Everyone was super friendly and we loved that they had a late night menu for the festival. So helpful! It was quiet and clean and we would book again if we decide to go back to LTLâ

âI stayed at Tru during the Louder Than Life festival and the hotel/staff were incredibly accommodating. They were fully prepared for all the things that LTL brings. All the small gestures really made a difference and was VERY appreciated. Also, the front desk staff and room attendants were very friendly and welcoming too!

âParking was easy and available each night. I liked being able to sign into my own Netflix! Breakfast was good and had multiple healthy options. We stayed here for bourbon and beyond and it was an easy drive right to the festival each day! â

âThe staff were so nice and gladly helped us find dining and transportation options. Rooms and lobby were clean. Good location for getting Ubers going downtown and back to airport. Didnât have shuttle drivers so they paid for Ubers to and from airport for us which was a great solution!â
âFirst of all, Letâs get into how I did not know my room was going to be that big! I got the one King bedroom and I loved the floorspace and it had a huge tv! There a few architectural flaws like rust but thatâs all nothing big. I loved the service at the front desk, the lady at breakfast was really nice helping me even though we didnât get to make our own food and last but not least, the nightly price was amazing!!! I will definitely stay againâ
