“This was a first visit to a casino hotel. What a great surprise! Great modern foyer space with secure access to the elevators - keycard only provided access to the actual floor. Large reception desk with the area opening up to the casino floor. Personnel could be trained to provide a "welcome story" on the property and the offerings. “Worst customer service I have ever experienced. First room, the tub faucet had steady water leak and bathroom floor was very weak and felt like you would fall through floor when stepped on. We ask for another room and that room was dirty and had no bed coverings. Then we had to ask for another room. We were never given an apology at all at any of the 3 times we had to change rooms - he acted completely bothered and was very rude during the whole experience. I would never recommend this...

“First of all, Let’s get into how I did not know my room was going to be that big! I got the one King bedroom and I loved the floorspace and it had a huge tv! There a few architectural flaws like rust but that’s all nothing big. I loved the service at the front desk, the lady at breakfast was really nice helping me even though we didn’t get to make our own food and last but not least, the nightly price was amazing!!! I will definitely stay again”

“Good American breakfast with warm and cold food. Big room with kitchenette, nice gym, free parking and close to airport and some restaurants. ”

“Staff were very friendly, room was clean. Wine, beer and munchies offered from 5:30 to 7pm the 2 nights we were there. Complimentary earplugs were available because the hotel is near the airport. I made use of them and they worked well.”
