“First want to say that the communication with the owner was fantastic! Very quick to respond to any questions and checked on us during our stay. “This is a really great place. Super clean and comfortable. Great access to ocean. Steps to the beach. Dine outside on patio. Lots of beach accessories supplied and host super responsive. I would highly recommend getting a rental car, get a one day pass at Grand Isle resort and/or renting a boat to explore Stocking Island so that you can experience different areas of the island. We rented a boat from Exuma Boat rental, Allison and Exuma auto rental”

“We were greeted by someone when we checked in. Very friendly and great experience. The space was spacious and comfortable. Loved the screened in porch for meals and just enjoying the view of the ocean. Convenient location was close enough to town to walk, however we rented a car for our stay. Overall great experience and will definitely look at booking here again next time we visit the island.”

“Had a great stay with our little family in this cute cottage. Warren was super responsive and helpful from beginning to end. The kitchen was well equipped and charcoal grill was a plus. Nice water view from living room and bedrooms. (Tip—you will definitely need a car to get to swimming/beach access. Rocky area outside of house leads to a rocky water view only.)”

“The location of this small cottage and Peter's hospitality are outstanding. The AC is cold, the appliances work well and the bed is comfortable. There are chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, kayaks, a paddle board, snorkeling equipment, lots of floats and plenty of beach towels for guests to use. The space is small and there is not a door on the inside restroom. As other guests have pointed out, the driveway is a bit rough. I have seen quite a few comments on what vehicle to rent due to the condition of the road accessing the property. Had a car and was able to get from East to West. Grocery and liquor store was close, and when we needed something else, Larry and Simone were able to help us and get it.
