“The cottage is cosy but no longer “new”. The BBQ is in terrible shape and the deck and railing are in need of repair. Although the host apparently lived nearby, we never met her and our written communications were disappointing.But the view is wonderful and the cottage itself was clean and habitable. We enjoyed the isolation but be prepared for a long drive to get food etc. ”

“One of the best values on Little Exuma at this price point. The pictures don’t do this rental justice. It is much larger than it looks and the decking goes all the way around. It was well stocked with towels/beach towels and chairs. It was too windy to use the kayaks but they looked in excellent shape. The location is only about 2 rows back from the main TOC entrance with the bar/snack bar. We had 2 small issues and they were very quick to respond. We will definitely stay again and recommend...

“This was an absolutely fabulous stay. The house was just the right size for us and a great location with easy access to the water. We saw starfish, stingrays, iguanas, pelicans, fish, hermit crabs, herons and more just outside of the house. So many great restaurants nearby too.The locals were so nice and so were the other guests at these properties. We had a wonderful month on the water and throughout Bimini!Thanks, Joe!”

“Our original rental cancelled on us with less than 48 hours' notice, so we scrambled and booked this property. Our family of three was very comfortable, and the beachfront location can't be beat. However, the road quality was very poor, and we did sadly get a flat tire (one of two during our short time on the island). The kitchen was very well stocked, but we did need to buy addtl. toilet paper and hand soap at the convenience store nearby. We were unable to get the TV to work and needed to dine...
