“This location was ideal for a fabulous 3 day getaway , off of the busy streets tucked away in a secluded area, but walkable to the Gatlinburg Trail . Super clean , adorable cabin feel .”

“Good parking”

“Dålig frukost - men så är fallet på de flesta hotell här i usa.”

“Comfortable bed, clean, quite. Friendly staff. Breakfast was OK, served on paper plates and cups with plastic cutlery.”

“I loved my stay here! The check in process was smooth, the place was gorgeous & clean. The location was better than expected & would definitely book again.”

“Very nice hotel in a good location and walkable distance to the main strip in Gatlinburg!”

“I absolutely love this hotel and will be coming back soon. Totally enjoyed myself”

“Nice location just off the busy main street. Next to the river, if you're lucky you'll get a view of the river from you room.”

“The place its self is beautiful. The location is amazing. What was frustrating is on expedia they dont tell you about the addition security deposit. They also did not give us the code information until we were 10 minutes out. That was frustrating because we through it might have been a scam. Also there were packages left outside. “Dirty room they only do the bare minimum if that. Horrible bed and it was wasn’t a queen. After paying over $300 for the room they changed $16 for parking. Will never stay again.”

“Love will stay again”

Upon our arrival, no one was there to check us in and we had to wait approximately 25-30 minutes for her to return. When she did return she seemed...

“Trolley stop right in front was nice and nice indoor pool. The room was kind of noisy, but it was probably because of the room they gave me was on the other side of the wall from the ice machine that everybody was at all hours of the night.”

“This property served our family well for our stay. We tried to use the fireplace but couldn’t figure it out, wasn’t a big deal and if I had called someone I’m sure they would have helped. The walking distance to the town action is good if you use the back stair case provided. If you walk up the front from town, you may need an O2 mask. Very strenuous 😁. Elevator worked as it should. Beds were comfortable, if you need flowing air bring a fan. Two issues…noise from upstairs, literally sounded like...
