“We have stayed her twice and found the accommodation very comfortable and clean,it is in a fabulous location with all amenities on the door step. Great communication from Stef and Nikki,easy access information. Would definitely stay here again.”

“The only downfall was the number of stairs, you had to go up to get to the apartment. Everything else was fine.”

“This is an upstairs apartment with the entrance through a main door and two fire doors. The immediate connection to the garden and parking area is therefore somewhat isolated. There is however plenty to see in the near neighbourhood including the broads, lovely beach and numerous nature reserves. The apartment is well equipped with comfy bed, good kitchen, shower etc and the owners are most welcoming. This is therefore a good place to stay and we would recommend it.”

“The area where this is, seems like the council have given up with the place. Rubbish everywhere. Noisy druggies. Just disgusting. The property itself was alright. The bed was hard and not comfy. Too creaky. Always a draft in the place which results in us using the heater and having to put more money in the meter just to use it. Under the bed was not clean. Some cutlery and plates were not cleaned properly. ”

“This first floor apartment was a good size and it was lovely and peaceful. The decor was somewhat very dated. What really let the place down, was the general cleanliness and the worn out state of the three piece suit and the mattress, which were very uncomfortable. The microwave was rusty inside and the freezer door was missing from inside the fridge. The shower head was covered in lime scale. The fire extinguisher went out of date on 1st January 2012. The stairs are fairly steep and the fire...

“The overall property was as described and the location is excellent. The home had nice layout and great views with high quality finishes. The dryer does not work well, so I would encourage anyone to forgo washing clothes unless you have time to line dry. My only complaints about the place are how dirty the parking lot and grounds around the property were. Really filthy.”

“Overall the property was clean and tidy however the bathroom anti slip mat should be replaced and there is a smell of mustiness that we thought would go after the first day but didn't. Apart from that the place is nicely presented.The host gave accurate details of how to find the property which was very helpful.”
