“Everything with this hotel we liked: the service, the room, the breakfast, the style. However, when we got off the train in Medlow Bath the conductor asked us if we had gotten off at the wrong stop. Which is a good indicator that you are in the middle of nowhere. And then we had to walk through a park and a residential area to get to the hotel which looked like any other house. “Still calling them everyday for my bond refund.. Waited 2 hours to check because they were not responding.. Remember they will ask you to pay bond and won't return easily or maybe your experience better. $8 if you need aircon or heater so I am not staying there bcz I had to wait hours with two kids before they let me in even then they had issues with codes”

“Die accomodation an sich war perfekt. Wunderschön gelegen, tolles Ambiente, freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Was gar nicht geht ist die Kommunikation über die dazwischengeschalteten Portale (Expedia -> stays -> FeWo und wie sie alle heissen); Völlig verwirrend, Kommunikationslinks funktionieren nicht. Direkte Kontaktaufnahme wird künstlich erschwert. Mit ein wenig Recherche gehts dann doch. In komme sicher wieder, aber dann wird direkt beim Gastgeber gebucht!”
