“I gave this a 5+ star Pro: - Beautiful hotel -Very clean, -A Large varieties of excellent food. -pleasant staffs -Good entertainment Con: Because of the size of the hotel a map should be provided at checkin indicating where the amenities are located, at times we were lost trying to navigate through the hotel. I would recommend this hotel anyone who is planning a vacation.”

“Our experience is unique because we were there within days of a reopening after a hurricane because of that we experienced some disruptions and discomfort that will likely be ironed out once the staff is bonded and trained. The entertainment was off and there was almost NO poolside service besides maybe once per day. The water sports were great but that particular part of beach leaves much to be desired its rocky and shallow, like not even to your waist. If I had small kids though I would be...

“I loved everything about the property, everywhere you turned on the property was clean and well keep everyone greeted you from the groundsmen to the front desk. Such polite and helpful staff all around. The pools were clean and well keep, enough space for everyone to enjoy. I fell in love with the property the moment I got there. I can't wait for my next vacation ,for of course its going to be at the GRAND PALLADIUM in JAMAICA . LOVE YOU GUYS.”

“The room was very clean, however the rooms are located in a very local shopping mall with lots of loitering outside, very noisy, no windows so felt claustrophobic. The outside was dirty , crowded and noisy I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I left.”

“I dont like that I was lied to by a reception staff member telling us one price for the pull up pool of 170 but when we wanted to get it another member said 500 dollars plus. Why is my review not beeing submitted? Because its bad? This is why I will do on the BBB better business burow.”
