Unfortunate to find several broken furnishings, a non-working front door key fob, unappealing patio furniture and beds that were not King-sized (according to US standards). That said, the property managers were very helpful in attending to our needs and addressing things, hopefully for the next guests.”

"Centralt läge mitt i city. Luftkonditionerat rum med bekväma sängar. Väldigt nära till en bra mataffär, tunnelbanan och centrala staden. Hotellet är väldigt stort, det var alltid kö till hissarna. Opersonliga och tråkiga/enkelt inredda rum. Hyfsad storlek på rummet men med mycket liten dusch. Incheckning lite krånglig med ny teknik via skärmar."

"I had a very pleasant stay at Bedford Hotel. The location is excellent—it's within walking distance of the British Museum, Oxford Street, bus stops, and Underground stations, making it very easy to explore London. There are also many supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants nearby. I stayed in a single room, which was comfortable and well suited for one person. The reception staff were always friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was good, with a nice selection of food to start the day. Overall, I would recommend Bedford Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable hotel in a convenient central London location."
