“Apartment was in a great location, quiet and easy access to everything London had to offer. Apt was on 3rd floor which corresponds to 4th floor in US, no elevator, good exercise going up and down stairs but tough with luggage!”

“The location is near Queen Mary university and it is student area so it is pretty safe. Walkable distance to Mile End underground station and two grocery store nearby. The room has microwave oven which is good.”

I would only hesitate to recommend with anyone with mobility issues as the kitchen and living room are located on the lower floor. Again no response that night. Instructions provided were not explicit enough. Also, numerous lamps and the TV were not plugged in.
