“We booked this property with relatively short notice and we’re very pleased to find a clean and well appointed place to call home for a few nights. The layout worked very well for us, and we appreciated that all of the electrical was properly labeled. All appliances were clean and worked well, and we found the unit to be quite quiet. “The apartment is lovely and in a great location! The management company answers emails quickly. The space was very easy to sleep our group of 6. The one thing I will say is that there isn’t a living room or gathering space for our whole group to hang out together in the home, but if you’re there mostly for getting to know York then it’s not a problem!”

I had to chase them several times before eventually getting a response while waiting to find out where I was staying. To make matters worse, the map pin was completely wrong, adding another 10 minutes' walk back past the apartment. Not a great start. Calling this a "Luxury Apartment" is laughable. “The property was adequate for our needs but the whole place needed a thorough clean and some tlc. Garden furniture was in poor condition and only 4 chairs outside for a property that accommodates 14. Plenty of plates and cutlery, cups and glasses. Don’t think we’ll be going again. ”

“Overall this place just needs some work but has the potential to be so cute. They advertise a photo of this adorable pull down bed but in reality that is broken and there are sharp nails sticking out of it!! (See photos). There is instead a blow up mattress as the only sleeping arrangement with a 3-4 inch memory foam topper. Overall the bed IS comfortable, but something needs to be done about those screws sticking out and also not cool to falsely advertise the sleeping arrangements. Definitely...
