Welcome to Greenville. We are 2.5 miles from Downtown Main Street, Falls River, Peace Center, Flour Field, Swamp Rabbit Trail, local restaurants and tap houses. Book with us and get ready to relax in our 3-bedroom 2 bath home. This charming property features 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, 1 twin bed, and a pull-out queen sleeper sofa, perfect for a variety of guests. We are not modern and sleek. We are warm and cozy. With in home washing machine, AC, WiFi, shady fenced backyard, and a bookcase full of games, your stay will be superb. Pack and play available for little ones, pets ok with extra fee. The location was perfect for our visit to Greenville, SC. We were in town for the Euphoria event at Fluor Stadium, a few minutes drive from the house. We also ate dinner at the nearby Fork & Plough restaurant and enjoyed ice cream from Clare’s! Both delicious! The house has definite cottage vibes - cozy & comfortable! And our host, Renny was amazing and very hospitable! We will definitely book again when in the area.

It was a fine stay. Check-in was no-fuss and we were allowed to check in a few minutes early and check-out was also no hassle. The location was just what we needed. Close enough to down town to be convenient by car and we liked the local options as well (ice cream and donuts!).

The property manager was nice and stayed in contact with us but when i let him know that the house was not "clean" he sounded offended and stated that he had helped clean the house. I am OCD and it wasnt what i was expecting for a rental as far as clean. It was an adorable house but the 2nd bathroom was an addition to the house and was awkward with the laudry room in it as well. The doors atuck, so if you opened a door and other were sleeping, it would wake them. It was nice for what we used it for, basically to sleep and shower. Hall bathroon did have something all over the walls though and that should be addressed.

Just Right

We wanted a place convenient to downtown for a weekend visit with family and old friends and Renny's neat, tidy house in a quiet neighborhood was perfect for us. Renny was very helpful in making our stay smooth and easy.

Cute and convenient house

We visited family in Greenville and this house was great for six young adults and our small dog. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the space was clean, nicely decorated and conveniently located to our favorite places in the area. The road the house is located on can be busy, and it was difficult at times to get in and out of the driveway (we had 2 cars). The lockbox was also quite odd. Lastly, the bedroom with the twin bed is in a section that appears to be added on to the home, and not connected to central AC. The room was very very cold overnight (temps were in the 30s). We found a space heater that helped, but it was surprising that one of the bedrooms didn’t seem to have heat.
