Had dinner at Flannagan's, right below the apartment and was able to put our leftovers in the fridge before going to the concert since our place was just above us. Apartment was clean, price was fair, host was easy to communicate with and definitely will keep this place in mind for any future events in...

“Came to GR with my mom and baby to visit zoo for Lantern Fest and Gardens, so great location. Took a long while to get warm since the thermostat was at 62 and no extra blankets in the closet, not ideal for infant and my mother. One of the bedroom doors wouldn’t close so I had to use my suitcase to keep shut. Very clean and nicely updated. Easy checkin.”

“Location location location! Van Andel is right across the street and great places to eat and drink with 1/4 mile walk. With Bob next door, the noise could be an issue on weekend nights depending on floor you are on.”

“Everything is remodeled in this cozy home located right in the heart of Rockford. Heated bathroom floor, gorgeous deck - right on the path to downtown. I walked to get my dinner every night. Ran in the early morning hours. You can’t beat this location.”

“Very nice and clean apartment on top floor. Great convenient parking. Very close to restaurants and things to do. Only issue is you need to pick up the key at an alternate location not very well marked. The info said you could check in 1 hour before you could get in the unit but the keys did not arrive until a couple mins after 4:00 so we had to wait”

“Absolutely no negative comments. Our stay was Fri-Sat. The pub downstairs and alley next door created no noise issue for us. The slight hum of the HEPA air purifier in the bedroom may have helped. Despite its small footprint, the unit was spacious and well-appointed. Exactly as described. Also felt very private, as we saw no one else in elevator or stairwells. Definitely would book again, as rental was enjoyable and area was fun to explore.”
