All on one level, The Walnuts features a large rear garden with Swim Spa for 8 guests, large kitchen lounge diner, and 3 bedrooms that sleeps 8 guests and two bathrooms that all combine to make this the perfect place for either a family holiday in The Cotswolds or a well needed get-together with friends.

Entrance porch and generous hallway, large kitchen / lounge / diner with underfloor heating, dining table for up to 8 guests, fully equipped kitchen with peninsula island and breakfast bar, and a lounge area that can comfortably seat 5 guests. The kitchen has a large American style fridge freezer with ice maker and filtered water, dishwasher, electric induction hob and electric oven. There is also a kettle, toaster and microwave.
The kitchen lounge diner has multiple bi-folding doors to open up the home to the rear garden which has a large porcelain patio and lawn. At the rear of the lawn you'll find the Swim Spa which can easily accommodate groups of 8. The garden and Swim Spa is quite private with fields behind and in front of the house.
Our home has three bedrooms. The main bedroom is made up of two double beds to sleep up to 4 guests and also has a beautiful feature log burner too. Bedroom 2 has a King Size and a luxury en suite shower. Finally, bedroom 3 also has a king sized bed and has its own access to the family bathroom which has a jacuzzi bath and shower over the bath.
There is a generous drive to front accessed via a wooden gate which can easily accommodate four (or more) cars.
Wi-Fi is also complimentary and available to use throughout your stay.
The home has everything you need for a self contained experience. Keys to the property are located in the key safe box and the code for this is released prior to your arrival.

You are welcome to bring pets but we do charge £20 per day per pet to cover the additional cleaning that is sometimes required.
Our home comes fully equipped with every necessary kitchen appliance you should need for your stay. We also include complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper and cooking oil for you to use.
We also supply all crisp white linen for all the beds along with two pillows per guest. There will be a bath and hand towel per guest along with bath/shower mats in each bathroom. Toilet roll is also provided. In the kitchen we provide a tea towel.
We provide complimentary housekeeping services for stays longer then 7 nights. If you require additional items or housekeeping services for stays shorter then 7 nights please contact us for availability and pricing.
Our check in and out times are listed on the property information. Where we can we do try to accommodate early check ins, we generally will be able to let you know on the day if we can do this and will update you as soon as the apartment is available. If you wish for a later check out please contact us directly for pricing and availability.
The Hot Tub in the garden can only used between 7am and 10pm.
Please take shoes off on the carpeted areas
We welcome pets but do charge an additional £20 per pet per night.
Access to the garage to be left clear (there is still plenty of private parking).
Whilst we are open to parties at the property - quiet times MUST be observed (11pm-7am) and the property should be left clean and tidy on check out.
