“Very accommodating for a group of 7 friends lovely location pool and hot tub went down well. Rooms were comfortable and clean kitchen and bathroom. Barbecue has a hole in it which can be used but replaceable aswell ”

“quite a spacious cottage and well laid out kitchen was equipped with enough for our needs, quiet and comfortable with enough secure garden for all to enjoy and not worry about the dogs wandering off, the camp site next door made us feel very welcome and they have a little shop with essentials in it, they also have a cafe open from 9:30-11:30 offering a good breakfast, doge are welcome too and well looked after also getting a doggie brekkie, with a warm friendly atmosphere ”

“A great little cottage, with a fantastic hot tub. Everything you need in the cottage. For us it would benefit from a separate freezer and a washing. ”

“Wat een heerlijk verblijf, alles was aanwezig. Aes even netjes, 4 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers. Buiten: bbq, bar, zitjes. Wanneer we weer richting Skegness gaan, staat deze op nummer 1 ”

“Heerlijk verblijf op een rustige plaats met veel privacy. Ruime badkamer en keuken en een leuk terras. De host is zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij waarbij je ook nog scharreleieren kunt kopen van haar kippen.”

“A gem of a cottage which had been restored to a really high standard. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, log burner with plenty of wood and loved all the decor/pictures throughout. A welcome basket with local goodies was also a nice touch. We loved the folder full of the history on the property and all the pictures of the other houses/buildings in the village which we went to find on our walks with our dog. Would highly recommend. ”

“Easy access and very bright clean and airy. It has everything you need and is lovely and quiet. Good outdoor space too with access to Queens Park boating lake. Bedrooms were both great but, if you struggle with mobility, the upstairs room might not be for you( very steep stairs!). The room and bed are amazing though! The fireplace is a stunner which wouldnt look out of place in a much larger property. Overall, this is a cracking little place to stay, less than five minutes from the beach and not...

"Second time I stayed here. Bed is good and firm. But the sheets, even tho they were clean, had stains. Very thin walls. I heard when the neighbour spoke on the phone in the room next door. Or when people came in late and spoke in the hallway. Bathroom needs to be updated. Very hot water in one tap and very cold in one. Wall paper is coming off in the room. No power outlets by the bed, not even usb. Dirty windows. I had to move the bed, wish I didn't. Previous guests trash under it. It looked clean but so many things had stains on it, like the small info signs or the walls, the furniture was sticky. A hoover was in the hallway, when I walked up the stairs (elevator was out of order) but it was not clean. A lot of dirt in the stairs. Positive: Free parking and nice personnel in the morning. I gave it two chances. First time was bad, second worse. Too bad because the location is quite suitable. "
