Excellent breakfast (which this year offer more vegan options than before), excellent rom with a large comfortable bed, excellent pool area and also full access to the beach! The only negative we can say is that it’s not possible to pre book the parking garage. But we got a place this year too. Our 8th stay here, next summer is already booked!! ”

“the apartment is perfectly located. just a few minutes walk to the center of old rovinj, but not packed with tourists. besides being close to old town, it is an easy walk to the park across the water from old town -- stunning views of rovinj from there. the management compay was very kind to pick us up on a golf art to take us to the apartment. it really was not necessary as we found out the walk to the bus station was just a few minutes. we just would have had difficulty finding the apartment...

Lavatrice, terrazzo dove si può anche pranzare e nel nostro caso visto il periodo anche il riscaldamento. Ubicato in un quartiere residenziale molto silenzioso. Per arrivare in centro servono 5 minuti in macchina. Valuteremo un ritorno in questa struttura per l'estate!”

“Not true information either in the add nor during key handover. Showerhead not working, different bugs in the property and worst if all - a massive construction project right next to the property. We where woken up by drilling sounds from 7 to 9 am every morning. Terrible communication when issues occure”

The building is old, but the rooms are modern and well-designed. Avior provided an electric vehicle upon arrival, and Manuel was very helpful, assisting with our luggage and navigating the steep, narrow stairs to the room. “Das Haus an sich war ordentlich und schön eingerichtet. Es war alles sauber. Man sollte wissen dass das Haus direkt an einer stark befahrenden Straße liegt. Erholung im eigenen Garten ist hier Fehlanzeige. Drum herum wird auch gebaut. Das heißt man hat eigentlich permanent nur Lärm um sich herum. Gleich zu Beginn hat eine der Klimaanlagen Wasser verloren. Hilfe wäre erst am nächsten Tag gekommen. Kaltes Wasser im 1. Bad. Und das gerade als man duschen wollte. Alles in allem nicht zu empfehlen....
