“Had a great stay in this small quaint lodging. Conveniently located in small town. Didn't have any questions that weren't addressed in our check in process. Had everything prepared in advance with such things as eating locations, maps, entertainment, etc. Clean and quiet.”

“The Cabin was nice and clean, and close to shopping and restaurants. However we were very disappointed because the bathroom toilet was broken and it took the support staff more than 3 hours to fix. We had to use McDonald's bathroom until they fixed it. We also had to stay in our cabin to let the support staff in. We asked for a refund for being inconvenienced but the Manager never responded to my request or to at least reduce the price of our stay. There were other guest who also...

“The hotell felt like going back to the late 80’s early 90’s. But well maintained. Had it not been for the price in comparison to what you get the rating would have been higher. Although that is true for almost all hotels in West Yellowstone. The pool was nice and warm but the setting was not cozy at all. ”
