âWe didnât realize they were remodeling the exterior and while the building would have looked better, they did a great job of limiting its impact on the property.
Besides that the resort was in tip top shape and we loved the location being central to a number of different things.â

âThis is a nice hotel in downtown Oakland with plenty of food options surrounding the location. Pay attention to the room sizes. It was smaller than I expected.â
âWe had a great stay at this hotel it was close to the Greek Theater. The bed was comfortable the balcony was a nice touch. They donât have their own parking and you canât stay in the parking lot that belongs to the grocery store next door. We still managed to find good parking close and the car was safe. Were definitely going to stay here again!â
âI did have a great stay here with some minor caveats. The early check-in at 2 for $30 is not my favorite. Although my king bed room was truly giant (bigger than a few apartments I've lived in) there were no windows to the outside world (only a small one to the hallway/walkway, right at eye level for anyone outside if my blinds were open.) The sound proofing left a lot to be desired - with laminate floors and a large gap under the door, you can hear even the quietest of sounds. Their bed was...
