“3 pre-teens enjoyed floating and hanging out in the cove. Paddle boat was a PLUS! 1 year old loved hanging out on the secured fenced in patio. Great decking for no splinters for wet feet. Definitely recommend! Owners were accessible with all our needs. ”

“House was exactly as it stated it was. Clean well stocked home! Boat dock was well maintain with lots of water vessels for the kids to play on! Game room in garage was well kept with basketball throw, shuffle board, foosball table and other items for all ages! Neighbors were quiet and respectful of us being there! ”

“We cannot say enough about how perfect The Lakehouse was for us. We had a group of Lady Anglers at Lake Limestone for a Women’s Bass Tour Tournament. The house was perfectly located near the marina, had enough space for the eight of us, the back porch was delightful, and the dock was amazing. We even had enough parking for four trucks with boats. We highly recommend this place. ”

“We rented the boathouse for our family for my daughter’s graduation from Baylor. It was perfect because it’s close enough to Waco but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Our family enjoys fishing and camping, so this location was perfect!! There are so many things to do at the ranch, everyone was entertained all weekend. The staff was so helpful and friendly!”

“Upon Friday arrival, entered gate and the brick walk to the front door was covered in sand and dirt. To the left of the front door on the porch sat a styrofoam cooler, lid to the side and a bag of garbage in it. Inside the house seemed reasonably clean but by the time we visited each room we had killed two scorpions. "This ranch is located in the middle of nowhere outside of Waco. They don’t offer any food or beverages so you have to make sure to bring it yourself or drive 20-30 minutes to nearest restaurant. The ranch itself was very pretty with all the animals and scenery. However, the room smelled like mold, there was a mushroom growing in the shower and a hole in the shower roof which looked like it will cave at any moment. "
