“This home is very outdated, the one tv was so small you could barely see from the futon couch. The home had a mold like smell that was just awful. ”

“As mentioned, the communication was excellent between guest and host. The only issue we had was the placement of the lockbox for the keys. We weren't sure if the box that was located near the garage floor was a lockbox or some sort of sensor or anything. If the lockbox was placed at eye level say for a 5'10" person, I think this would be more accommodating to your tall guest as well as not so tall guest. The location would probably be an issue for those with health challenges or elderly....

“The proctor cottage was perfect. Comfortable, clean, and homey. Even better than the pictures. Perfectly hospitable and sweet. Very close to the village which we enjoyed. A bit of a walk to proper beach, which didn’t bother us since it’s February. A lovely stay I hope to visit again. ”
