Seaflower Cove is designed for families and multigenerational trips, with 3 bedrooms, a bunk room, and 2.5 baths, comfortably sleeping several families. Gather in the open-concept living area, updated kitchen (Fall 2024), or glass-enclosed dining space. Cozy up by the propane fireplace on cool evenings, or step out onto one of 4 balconies to watch whales, dolphins, and the horizon. A half bath and enclosed office with daybed provide extra flexibility, and Starlink WiFi keeps everyone easily connected.

Stunning ocean views stretch from nearly every room. Climb the stairs to the roof deck for sunbathing, stargazing, or sharing evening, sunset cocktails. Enjoy covered al fresco dining just off the kitchen, or lounge in bed as waves crash below. Every spot in the house feels connected to the coast.



*Seconds to Town, a World Away*



Minutes from downtown Gualala, you’ll find grocery stores, restaurants, and a Saturday farmers market. Within a 5-minute drive, explore pocket beaches, Gualala Point, or kayak the river. Head further afield to the Point Arena lighthouse, wineries, or the Sea Ranch, all within 30 minutes.

The home spans four levels, offering privacy and multiple gathering spaces for everyone. Stairs connect each level, so guests comfortable with multiple flights enjoy both separation and shared moments. Highlights include:

-Upper level: loft-style bedroom adjacent to the roof deck

-Lower level: two bedrooms, including primary suite with ensuite whirlpool bath, and laundry

Guest Access:

The entire house and all of its decks and patios, is available for you to enjoy. The garage is locked for storage.



The Neighborhood:

Seaflower Cove is on a quiet, residential street overlooking the Pacific Ocean with other homes and vacation rentals. Multiple public beaches are just a short drive away, while downtown Gualala is easily walkable along highway 1.



Getting Around:

You need a car to get to Seaflower Cove. We have a strict three car limit: Two parking spots are available in the driveway for your use, and an additional car can fit parallel to the road at the end of the driveway if a third car is needed.



Other Things to Note:

The house is located in a quiet residential community next to the ocean with other vacation rentals nearby. The driveway is big enough for three cars to park. Street parking is not available, so plan to carpool if needed. A level 2 EV charger is available for guests. Cell phone service is very spotty and sometimes non-existent along highway 1 and at the house. Please plan ahead before you arrive with directions and information. Once you arrive, you can access the wifi to get in contact with the outside world.
