The staff at the front desk were amazing! She was nice to my kids and even helped me make sure I had rooms next to one another. Extremely friendly and courteous staff! The breakfast was delicious and staff made sure all food remained stocked throughout the morning.

Hollywood Casino & Hotel
Carpet was dirty. It was supposed to be daily housekeeping, but that wasn’t received. I asked for clean towels from a housekeeper in the hallway and she said I guess and I said never mind. Relaxing family friendly cabin that lets you escape and enjoy nature

We had a wonderful stay at this woodsy retreat in the city! The kitchen has everything one would need to cook a gourmet dinner, and it was amazing to sit in the hot tub while the snow was falling.
