“The room itself was excellent — comfortable bed, spotless, and I appreciated the laminate floors, which made everything feel cleaner. Staff were outstanding: friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive. The M Club Lounge was a disappointment. It felt dark and uninviting, and the food didn't deliver.
