Needs updates. Couch was so stained and nasty looking had to buy something to cover before we could sit on it. Washer and dryer area was full of lint and smelled something burning when we would use the dryer. The view was great!

Amazing view and perfect location!

The location of this condo is ideal for walks to restaurants and Dollar General. The view from the 8th floor is stunning. The condo size suits 2 people only IMO. The bedroom not having a door was a negative for us. A gym is listed as an amenity and there is not one in the building. Owner is fast to reply and assist.

The location and the building was terrific. The rental agency was terrific and very quickly responded to our issues We thought the place was dated, the dark wood cabinet were painted white but there were chips and they painted over the hi ges. The ceramic tile floor has chips in it.

Could Be Great

The view here was wonderful and this place would have been great except there were some downsides. The plus was the view, the place was clean and it had everything we needed and the office staff was very friendly. The pool was a nice size and it was cleaned daily. I love that if you got tired of sitting on your balcony you could sit in the lobby or just outside of it under the building, the pool or the beach. They try to keep the lobby floors dry as people come in wet. There are also coupon books available for activities, shopping and restaurants. The downside was this unit it right in front of the elevators so if other guest were a little loud we could here them because the bedroom is right at the front of the unit. The water in the bathroom sink and shower drained slow. The shower curtain liner was a nice heavy duty one, but too long so when the water would build up the linter would drag and get extremely dirty. The furniture was cheaply made. Every time you sat on a bar stool or at the dinning table, the stools felt weak and appeared to wobble. The sofa sat low to the floor and appeared that someone sat on it with dirt on them which would have rubbed off on the fabric and it was extremely uncomfortable. Replace the barstools, dinning set and couch and you've got a great place to stay.

The pictures on line are very deceiving, when we got there first thing we noticed was the couch was broken almost sitting on the floor, and very dirty and stained and no nice big fluffy yellow pillows like it shows on line.TV in living room did not work,we went on the balcony to see the view and the balcony chairs were broken, one was actually leaning on its side! On line it showed nice yellow chairs,to sit in,.it also showed a pretty wicker chair in the living room nope not there.mangermentdid replace the broken balcony chairs for us but said the broken couch was the owner responsibility,we never did get the TV to work ,it would play and then just stop, the one in the bedroom worked ok.so we were stuck there for a week with a dirty broke couch that we couldn't sit on.in the bathroom the sink and bath tub was stopped up and you had to let the water in the kitchen sink run 20 min.before the water would get warm.we called the office and they came and took pictures and I get a email saying so sorry for the inconvenience we will do better next time,.I can tell you there will not be a next time 😞 horrible experience

Perfect Beach Location

Condo was on the top floor and had an amazing view. The building is older and could use some improvements but I knew that from reading previous reviews. The bedroom is located at the front of the unit so we got a lot of street noise and people walking by to the elevator. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.eleelevator

Short girls trip

My dtr and I stayed for a few days to get away from the Midwest before summer kicks off. Perfect location. beautiful views, comfortable bed and close to everything we wanted to do. The pull out couch was not at all comfortable, so she slept on it as a couch only. Plenty of towels and pillows. It was fine for what we needed.

Fantastic location

The location is perfect if you want to be in the heart of Gulf Shores! Easy in and out, plenty of parking and great access to the beach. The building is older, but they’ve attempted to make updates. Quality of remodel to unit wasn’t great, but the overall look is aesthetically good. The bathroom is very small and the sink is very low. My daughter and I are both 5’9”+. They provided plenty of bath towels, which was very much appreciated. Plenty of seating in the living area and amazing view! No hair dryer in the unit was an assumption/oversight on my part and disappointing when trying to get ready. Property rules state no smoking on property, but we had to walk through the stench of cigarette smoke outside the office as we followed the office employee in to check in. Fortunately we didn’t have to go back over there. Overall good experience and would put it on the list for the future.

Short Vacation Getaway

My boyfriend and I book this condo for a relaxing beach getaway. It was perfect! The condo was really clean. It was the perfect location, beachfront, just steps away from the beach! The perfect view from the balcony to drink your morning coffee!! We were able to walk most places we wanted to go. Definitely recommend this condo!
