Spring Break Stay

We enjoyed our time at San Carlos for spring break. The location is great, being right on the beach and close to the shops in the heart of town. Everything was as expected from the listing. We had an issue with the clothes dryer the first time we used it but that was resolved quickly and completely by the property manager.

Great property and location! Amazing view! Comfortable beds, kitchen well equipped. Property management very responsive and helpful. Entire building and grounds well maintained. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay!!!

This place looked exactly as listed! Very clean and GREAT location! Walkable to several stores and restaurants including the Hangout! Loved being right on the beach, especially with little kids! Got a few texts with easy instructions on check-in and check-out and could text the number with any questions! Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Pleasant stay

The stay was very comfortable and the property was as displayed in the images . Found all the amenities in good working condition. Rooms were clean and the view was outstanding from the master and the living room . The televisions in the living room was the only functional one even though they have in each room .

Meeting of the Minds 2023

We really enjoyed our stay in this property. The condo was clean and fully equipped for our stay. The balcony overlooking the beach was perfect for relaxing. Finally, it was close to the Hangout, other restaurants and bars which is exactly what we were looking for.

Vacation at San Carlos

Condo was very spacious. Loved that each bedroom had their own bath attached. Condo was very clean. Balcony was big with a high top table w/ four chairs and four other lounge chairs. View of the gulf was beautiful. Being right on the beach a huge plus. Just walk right out to it. Nice size pool with shallow parts for younger kids. Highly recommend this property.

Anniversary vacation

Our stay was great! We enjoyed it immensely. The condo was clean and comfortable. The only confusion was about the parking passes. When we arrived we went straight to the 3rd floor to purchase them & we were told to check in our unit & come back if we "wanted". We were given the impression that parking passes were not important but then we found a tow warning on our vehicle. And the cost of the parking passes was ridiculously expensive.

Get away

It was amazing! The view from the unit was breath taking. They had cart to help with unloading and getting to your unit which was very convenient. There were three elevators that made it nice going to the beach. I will definitely go back.

Great experience

This condo was exactly how it was in the pictures. Very easy to get in and out of. Elevators were very fast. We liked how close this condo was to the Hangout and walking distance to some places. It was about 5 mins to the pier which was very nice. Check in and out was very easy and simple.
