This brand-new, 4-level beachfront paradise has 12 bedrooms, 12 full baths, and 3 half baths, sleeping up to 42 guests—plenty of space for the whole crew! Nestled right on the sand, Solo Vista delivers next-level relaxation with a massive private pool, game rooms, a theater, and a killer 4th-floor lounge with jaw-dropping views.

This beachfront beauty is stacked with amenities that’ll keep the good vibes rolling. Ride the elevator to explore every level, starting with the game room on the entry level, stocked with video games for some friendly competition. On the second level, the chef’s dream kitchen has three refrigerators, two stoves, two dishwashers, a microwave, and a commercial ice maker, so you can keep the snacks and drinks flowing. Two big dining tables, a breakfast nook, and multiple living areas with huge TVs make it easy to lounge in style. Need a movie night? Kick back in the theater room, featuring ten LED-lit recliners. Feeling competitive? The second-floor game room also has a pool table, shuffleboard, and a two-person gaming console.

The third level is where you’ll find plush bedrooms, two washer/dryer sets, and plenty of space to crash after a full day of sun and fun. But the real MVP? The fourth-level lounge—decked out with two big TVs, a bar, a fridge, a dishwasher, and a half bath, plus deck access with unreal Gulf views.

The sleeping setup makes it easy for everyone to have their own space. On the second level, there’s a king bedroom with an attached bath featuring a zero-entry shower, a twin bedroom with two twin beds and an attached bath with a shower/tub combo, and a queen-over-queen bunk room with an attached bath and walk-in shower. The third level brings even more space with a bunk room featuring two queen bunks plus a twin bunk and an attached bath with a walk-in shower. Another bunk room offers the same setup but with a bath that has both a shower/tub combo and a walk-in shower. Two king bedrooms have attached baths with shower/tub combos, while four additional king bedrooms each feature attached baths with walk-in showers. Up on the fourth level, there’s another king bedroom with an attached bath and a shower/tub combo.

Solo Vista has is own private beachside pool with an expansive sun deck! The pool can also be heated for an additional fee. Plus, you’ll have 6 beach chairs and 3 umbrellas included with your stay—set up for you daily and ready to go, so all you have to do is show up and chill!
