“It worked for the few hours I needed to stay but the room was pretty dirty. The bathroom had dirt on the floor and the shower was not clean. The floor had some stains/dried liquid that was visible. The beds were clean but one of the blankets had multiple holes in it that looked like cigarette burns? The whole room also smelled like smoke which is not good when the place is labeled non-smoking. ”

“Element hotels is my favorite hotel chain. Coming here felt like coming home. The room, cleanliness, breakfast, lobby/working area, amenities, the staff - everything is great. The only complaint I have is that the light inside the closet kept lighting up randomly at night making it hard to sleep, so I had to open the blackout curtain to avoid the constant shift in lighting - but would have preferred to have it dark. Would 100% stay here again and could not recommend it more!”

“The Tru Hilton is a great place to stay. We have stayed there several times. The front desk folk are always very nice. It’s in a great location and there isn’t any carpeting on the room floors. ”
