The Space:

Hamro Farm House by Tiny Away is one of Gurrundah's most peaceful holiday homes, just 1 hour from Canberra and 2 hours from Sydney. The tiny home is surrounded by natural beauty, where tranquility meets natural beauty, creating the perfect backdrop for unforgettable memories with loved ones.



Whether you’re looking for peace, adventure, or a chance to reconnect with nature, our farm stay offers a relaxing setting to refresh your spirit. Enjoy nightly campfires, bike rentals, and a playground for children to enjoy.



A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home perched on a scenic viewpoint, offering easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette with cooking essentials, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, a hand basin, and a gas-heated shower.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the tiny home and the surrounding areas. If you're interested in bike rentals, please contact the host 24 hours in advance. We’ll be happy to arrange them for you.

Hamro Farm House by Tiny Away is a charming farm stay located in the peaceful setting of Gurrundah, just an hour from Canberra and 2 hours from Sydney. Need to restock? The nearest regional city, Goulburn, is only a 30-minute drive away, located in the Southern Tablelands of New South Wales.



Nothing but a perfect countryside getaway where you can reconnect with nature, enjoy quality time, or simply relax in peaceful solitude at our farmhouse. Our holiday homes promise the restful escape you truly deserve.



Getting Around:

By car:



- 30 min from Goulburn city center.



By public transport:



- We recommend guests travel by private vehicle for easy access to other attractions.



Other Things to Note:

- No Wifi is available

- Fire BBQ Grill is available

- Firewood provided for free

- Pets should always be kept on a leash

- No uninvited guests or visitors allowed

- No drinking water to offer. Bring your own food and drinking water

- Telstra & Optus have signal; others no signal

- Rainwater is provided, but it is not suitable for drinking.

- No smoking inside the tiny home, except in designated areas

- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent before arrival

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge



Solar-powered unit



- Guests are advised to bring portable power banks in case of low power

- Guests are also advised to save energy to avoid running out of electricity

- Please expect limited connectivity as the tiny house is set in a rural locality

- Please charge your phone and electronics in advance, in case of low-light days

- Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the doors when leaving the tiny house/ property

- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics (e.g., especially chargers)



Important note:



- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban

- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
