Regarding the hot water supply, this is to submit that we have solar water heating system & we have to run the tap for about 1 to 2 minutes to get hot water. To caution guest in this regard, a name plate is also affixed over the tap, which apparently escaped your kind attention. We sincerely regret that some inconvenience was caused to you as there was also a wedding party at the resort on that day. Hi, Apologies for the experience you had at the resort last year. Basis several such reviews we undertook renovation of the entire property phase wise and now all the rooms now have upgraded look and feel. We have also increased the Internet bandwidth and hence there is better speed now.
