“Great restored farm house which is beautiful. It however was a long drive , with no amenities nearby for a one night stay. A longer stay would be ideal as a place to unwind and relax. Would love to go back for a longer period of time”

“Extremely private, very cozy and had everything we needed. Wish we had more time to spend. Nice to be able to hear the waves crash on the rocks below.”

“Quirky and cosy with beautiful views. We liked the record player.”

“This was a great location right on the ocean. Beautiful views and warm sunshine and lots of beach walking! The host was very helpful with the few situations that arose and quick to respond. Great place to hang out and enjoy the beauty of the Atlantic and the beautiful lake opposite the cottage!”

“Blinds in the master bedroom be helpful.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Evergreen. The room was nicely presented and very clean. The Inn was easy to find and only a short trip into town to find restaurants. Would highly recommend.”

“Right downtown main st. Great restaurant”

“Staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Lots of parking and a mall close by if you need to shop.”

“Wir hatten das Lama-Zimmer. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber. Schöner Balkon mit perfektem Meerblick. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Frühstück nicht möglich. Es gibt ein Café einige Kilometer vom Hotel entfernt vom gleichen Betreiber. Das ging aus der Beschreibung nicht so hervor. Davon abgesehen war es ein schöner Aufenthalt. Sehr zu empfehlen! Vielen Dank!”

“It was a very convenient location for us , as I was visiting my son who attends NSCC … The view of the water is great , also went for a nice waterfront walk in the morning . Friendly staff .”

“One of the best places durung our trip to nova scotia. Very good value for money. Really nice staff. Comfortable beds and several soft pillows. Noisy AC but that seems to be normal in Canada. We had read some bad reviews but couldnt see any problems. ”

“Clean. Beautiful views. Nice accommodations. We hope to return at some point.”

“Brent was great to work with. He was prompt in answering any questions we had. The retreat was a very nice start to our Canadian roadtrip. Very peaceful and serene. We were attending the Antigonish Highland Games. The drive to and from the retreat was gorgeous. Coffee on the porch - ah!!!”
