Charming 2BR w/Maltese Balcony Off the Promenade

Welcome to our beautiful APT, located just a short distance from the stunning promenade. This spacious APT is the perfect place to call home during your stay.

The APT features a Maltese balcony, a traditional feature of Maltese architecture, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, and 2 cozy bedrooms. The promenade offers a variety of recreational activities and breathtaking views.

Whether you're here for a holiday, or a holiday trip, this APT has everything you need.

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

Although property was well kept and clean. The amount of noise was excessive. Very noisy appartment above... sliding chairs late and night and early morning... felt almost deliberate. Building work and drilling in the property next door started at 7. Matress on the double bed was ok... perhaps replacing with a better matress would help with comfort. Over all property was fine mainly let down by noisy people in the apartment block esp the apartment above mine and the building work noise and the noisy street.
