“AC worked well on the hottest day so far in Houston. Maid staff were friendly and efficient. They were helpful for a special request. Room was roomy and fully stocked. We had an excellent stay.”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would like to suggest that they make sure the small appliances work properly before the guests arrive. I am one who likes to iron my clothes and had to try three before finding one that worked okay and did not leak water.”

“It was clean and worked for what we needed; a quick place to sleep. The room had a microwave and fridge. The bfast menu was minimal for my liking but they did provide and the staff was very kind. Granola bars and muffins with cereal and juice was the bfast menu. The only issue I had with this place was not the place itself but the loud neighbor outside our door watching tv on his phone. We will definitely stay again and hope that the other visitors are respectful. ”

“An employee came banging on the door at 5 am demanding that I pay to fix his mistake. He claimed he only charged me 15$ for the room. As I was half asleep, I handed him my card to take care of it. He came back saying he charged me for 2 days instead of the one. Then I realized he had the wrong room. They refunded it, but it was insanity for that to happen”

“Smelt like smoke and mold”

“Room was clean except for a spot on door frame in bathroom (blood stained). Bed only had a sheet and the decorative cover, no blanket, no in room coffee. Breakfast was a choice of pop tart, honey bun or muffins. Small cups of coffee, no juice was choice of drink.”

“We were extremely happy with our stay at this Marriott location. It was immaculate, and our suite did not disappoint! The location also includes a restaurant, bar, ample parking and close proximity to many other amenities. We will stay here again, without doubt.”
