“Amazing location with excellent room and amenities.”

“Overall our experience was good. The rooms are very fresh and clean and the decor is fun, if you like/care about those kinds of things. The room sizes were a positive surprise! We got a corner room so we had a great view with window-covered walls on two walls. What was less good was the staff's ability to help us. We had two questions at two different times. The first one was regarding a festival that was about to take place, we had found some information online but the details were unclear, so...

“Det enda som förvånade mig bar mär jag bad om en större pyjamas (3L) så påstod dom att dom inte hade någon! Jag har bott på många ställen i Japan men detta var första gången dom inte hade en större storlek. Annars var allt perfekt.”

Finally, Nanako, made our stay very special by taking something personal we shared as the reason of our trip and acknolegding it in our room for turn down. “Wonderful staff, especially Kaita. The riverfront room was terrific- modern, funky design, spacious and extremely clean. Complimentary coffee and pastries in the morning were a nice touch. The hotel is closing for renovations from 2026, and opening again in 2029”

“Lätt frukost, öppen och trevlig personal, vanligtvis finns det mer än en som kan god engelska. Hjälper väldigt gärna till vid behov av hjälp. Läget har god distans till mat och transport, samt gott avstånd till att ta sig till och från flygplatsen. Enkel frukost med goda öppettider.”

“We had a spacious deluxe room on the 16th floor. The view was fantastic. It is a walk from the station, however there is a convenient shuttle bus service free of charge. The neighborhood is not offering much except for the FANTASTIC little sushi restaurant a block away which we we were advised by the hotel to visit. Breakfast was 4/5. Good attentive service all around but the fitness facility was a bit on the expensive side for what was on offer (4000+ yen).”

“Beside the extra service we were expecting from the reception regarding the help for finding a ride to the airport bus terminal and help to take the luggages out of the hotel (we had six luggages), we were satisfied with this stay. The automatic light in the hallway was definitely annoying. I wish the lights in the room has more than one dim lights. Overall, we can think of coming back again.”
