We found the location of the house to be convenient to Broadway and the Farmer’s Market and the Skidmore campus. I highly recommend this property and the owners couldn’t be more friendly!!”

“This was a very nice new construction home for my wife and I. The home was very neat, clean and well stocked for a rental with all the basics. The one thing that we suspected from the pictures was confirmed when we arrive; this is a studio layout. By that I mean the one bed is located in the living room and open to kitchen and front foyer. For a couple, this should be good. For a family of 4 or more looking for a little more defined sleeping areas, this might not work. Only other thing I will...
