“Hilton hotels are always comfortable with big rooms and good beds. The staff were very helpful. The location could be a little better but that depends on what you are looking for. Most restaurants and bars are in or around the old quarters and it takes about 20 minutes to walk there. No need for walking though as taxi is so cheap, about $2, and easy to catch one on the street. The hotel was also very affordable in early January.”

"The hotel is in a great location on a little side street with very little traffic. The staff were very helpful and recommended what to do in Hanoi. The stairs and the common restroom were pretty dirty and worn and there was no soap either, and there were these little tiny flies in the elevator aswell. The room was kind of nice though and were clean enough but pretty old and worn out. The best thing was the beds. They were really comfy. The breakfast was alright even though you needed to walk like 100 meters to a different hotel because they don't serve breakfast at the Lotus Boutique Hotel. For the price, the stay was pretty decent I would say."
