“Had a problem with a neighbor shouting all night and a dog barking for hours.”

“Everything was fine until I checked out and did not receive my full deposit due to “amenities fee” per the representative that was working today on 5/31/26 at 8:50am. By the way he was not helpful and what he explained made no sense. The fee he explained is for parking and the “complimentary” card they give out to get tapas at their restaurant. “Floors were stinky when they mopped. But the biggest issue is the key cards kept not working. Staff had to change the batteries multiple times and was pretty inconvenient when it was late at night and were just wanting to get into the room”

“The rooms keys weren’t working so the receptionist has to take every single guest to the room so we had to wait for them to come back to get checked it. We weren’t able to all leave the door if we would be locked out and had to ask the receptionist again to let us into our room. It seemed very inconvenient ”

“Very clean property. Located near everything (Roosevelt Field Mall, tons of restaurants and stores). Courteous staff that go above and beyond.”

“The pool was closed without warning. The hotel is in need of major upgrades and portions are our room showed signs of other guests that were not properly cleaned.”

“The hotel is somewhere between ok and good. It need some maintenance and TLC. The check-in was quick. The Wifi was really slow and the chair to the desk was so low that it was difficult to sit properly and work at the desk. Asked for another chair a couple of times and was promised to get a new one but no chair came. No possibility to eat lunch at the hotel which was a disappointment being such a large hotel. There is a kiosk to buy some sandwiches and drinks but so overpriced. ”

“Check in was quick and easy. The day desk staff were very kind and helpful. The room was clean and nice, although the mattress was a bit too springy and our room was right next to the elevator so we heard the doors opening and closing as well has other guests in the hall all throughout the night. The pool was nice and well maintained and overall, we enjoyed our stay.”

“Very nice hotel ! Close to downtown Stamford and trainstation . Perfect room . Good breakfast . Very nice staff especially the two ladies in the reception , Rachel and Tanjee ! Everything was perfect .”
