âAs a full disclosure, this was hurriedly planned stay due to some unfortunate circumstances in my life at this time. So suffice to say, but I was not in the best place mentally. That being said though, I did enjoy my room, and stay overall. Parking was easy, the room was clean (a little outdated, still had carpet, older bathroom countertop, etc, plus side it still has a microwave which was wonderful) and very sizeable. âOur stay was wonderful, the location is perfect, the staff was extremely friendly, check in and out was easy and the room was very clean and very comfortable.
The only possible complaint was a group of people that were l loud hanging outside of our room late into the night but this is not the hotels fault by any means. We would absolutely stay here again. â

âThe hotel is somewhere between ok and good. It need some maintenance and TLC. The check-in was quick. The Wifi was really slow and the chair to the desk was so low that it was difficult to sit properly and work at the desk. Asked for another chair a couple of times and was promised to get a new one but no chair came.
No possibility to eat lunch at the hotel which was a disappointment being such a large hotel. There is a kiosk to buy some sandwiches and drinks but so overpriced. â

"Some of the staff were very service-oriented. We had an issue with the coffee machine, but they replaced it quickly. The fire alarm also malfunctioned in the morning, but they promptly fixed that too when we requested it. The beds were a bit narrower than we would have preferred, and breakfast is not included. The parking is convenient but costs extra. Stamford is expensive compared to other places, so you get more for your money elsewhere, but it was safe, clean, and overall a good experience."
