âThe parking was great but I wish the policy and rate was better advertised. I also wish the pool were open. It is the middle of Summer and it was very hot out.â
âThis was a last minute stay because of a flight cancellation. I booked based on hyatt reputation and it didnât fail to meet expectations. The only downside was there is no parking and you have to valet for $30. There was a public parking garage around the corner but I wouldnât walk from there to the hotel entrance. â
âMy mom and I stayed a single night for a concert. This hotel is just across the street from CFG Bank Arena, where the concert was being held, making the location very convenient. When we arrived for check in, the lobby was actually playing the music of the group we were seeing! What a welcome that was! The staff were friendly, helpful, and seemed to enjoy their jobs.
