“Staff are lovely and welcoming. Room was clean when we arrived and breakfast buffet had a good choice and was replenished regularly. Watch out for the option to not have your room serviced some days. We opted for this as it was a short stay and didn't realise that it meant not even the bins were emptied. Staying with a baby, we were glad not to have been staying any longer! I'm sure they would have emptied the bins if we'd asked though, the staff really were ever so helpful.”

“Room was spacious. Spa was excellent but would’ve been nice to have additional hours of access. Hotel staff were excellent. You need to book your breakfast slot in advance which was a little inconvenient.”

“Ett jätte mysigt hotell/motell i bra skick. Se till att få rum i vänstra delen om du står i receptionen. Annars får du rum mot motorvägen. Bra resturanger i närheten. ”

“Frukosten var inte så kul men den ingick. Behöver man bara kaffe, te och mackor är det ok men inga grönsaker eller frukt. Men vi kom mitt i natten på grund av förseningar och de var helt ok med det. Rent, trevliga människor som jobbade där. ”

“Bristol är underbar,människor avslappnade och vänliga...2 stopp med tåg till vackra Bath... nära till shopping center...otroligt mkt att se för den som älskar turista...Du kommer inte att vara besviken ”
