“This is a luxurious feeling hotel and experience. We booked a king standard room for one night and we're given the opportunity to upgrade to an executive room. Absolutely no need to and glad we didn't! 10/10 for the stay and delicious breakfast with quality ingredients.”

“The hotel was nice, a little bit noisy from other guest as the rooms was not soundproof. We booked the hotel due to the outdoor pool but unfortunately when we went it was closed, we understand it was seasonal but we visited 30th August so we assumed it would be open.”

“The reception is beautiful. That’s about it for the place. We arrived. Had to wait over 20 minutes at reception for someone to turn up. In which time I went to find a different member of staff and ask if they knew what to do. In which they said “I don’t know that’s not my job not my problem” we then checked in finally. The receptionist told me I didn’t have to pay for parking (you do have to pay). We went into our room. Turned the shower on to get ready for the night. The bathroom door didn’t...

“Some of the staff was friendly and helpful, lady who worked in evening Tuesday and Wednesday and Thursday morning wasn't very friendly at all. The hotel was tired, the staircases floor one and two was very dusty, hasn't been cleaned for a while, the bed in the room was dreadful springs sticking in you, no pillow protectors or mattress protectors, the pillows was dirty. The food was very good in fairness, the waiting staff were friendly but some lacked training in customer awareness.”
