“We have been coming to Hatteras Village for 30 years. For the past 16 we have been staying at Durant Station. We love the location. This year we booked a last minute vacation in this 2 br/2ba top floor condo. It was perfect!! The photos do not do it justice. We loved everything about it. The decor was gorgeous, kitchen full equipped, comfortabel furniture. So clean. and the communication with the owner was seemless. We plan to add this condo to one of our favorites and will stay here again. ”

“I cannot say enough great things about renting this property. The amount of amenities was not something I've experienced in all my years renting. We did not have to bring beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella and they even provided a cart to haul everything to the beach! It was wonderful! “We have stayed in many CBTS units and many leave little to be desired but we loved this condo. This was clean, modern and i was pleasantly surprised to see a stocked spice cabinet! The bed linens from the housekeeper were soft. The kids loved the bunk beds and the very large collection of DVDs- we didn’t use Netflix all week! We had a wonderful stay. ”

“Fantastic condo for the family with beach access right there! No loading up the car and driving to a beach, it’s right there! This makes running back for more sunscreen, a sandwich, the forgotten frisbee or to grab a cold drink soooooo easy! The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for whipping up meals of your choice or ready to reheat leftovers from any of the great restaurants that are close by. Two full bathrooms makes it easy so nobody has to wait to use one (a plus if traveling with kiddos!)...

“A short walk to the beach, stores, & restaraunts. The room was comfortable with remotes for the two ceiling fans and AC/Heat. Common area upstairs has plenty of seating to gather with freinds and a commercial ice machine....bonus! Electric grills on the raised deck which looks to the beach. Owners extremely communicative and aswered all questions in a timely manner. WiFi was strong and consistent. We will be back! ”
