âPlease focus on repairing your hot tub. Itâs clearly one of your hotels feature that need to be in working order. Being a senior, I wouldâve loved to have use of it. Twice now in 3 months I have been disappointed. â

âWe stayed for a couple nights as we were attending a family wedding. Location was perfect, close to shopping and restaurants. The onsite restaurant was very good! Pool was great, they could cut down some of the shrubbery around the pool to alleviate the mess and allow more sunlight. Front staff was professional and friendly. Will stay again. Thank you â
âIt felt like a privilege to stay the night. The hosts made me feel like family, and the property was surrounded by beautiful gardens that provided a wonderful view. Situated on a quiet street but close to the ferry terminal made it very convenient and relaxing. â
