“Food was great”

“The front desk staff helped me with my luggage getting in and then getting out. I use canes. They saw me struggling and jumped up to help. The handicapped room was wonderfully designed. The specs in the bathroom perfect. If I'm passing through Richmond again and I need a place to stay they are my choice”

“The walls are very, you can hear entire conversations happening in the room next door.”

“It was good enough for a night bed was comfortable. The ac was loud and everything is pretty dated in the common areas and messy like stepping back into 1990s. Reminded me more like a nursing home with the layout, decor and smell. The restaurant staff was friendly and attentive. I hope they all get a good severance package and set up with a new job. As I heard the place is sold and they’re tearing it down. So I guess that explains the lack of maintenance and cheap offer Expedia should...

“Nice place with great staff! Special thanks to Sheila who made us feel truly welcome and gave us much appreciated advice for a day trip in the area. ”

“Très bien”

“Mycket behöver repareras och underhållet är eftersatt.”

“Vi var 6 personer men rummet var ok i storlek trots det. Dock var extrasängen inte ok.”

“Staff is very friendly”

“Ok för genomresa men inte mer”

“Staff was very welcoming, friendly and ensured we had the correct accommodations.”

“Kinda Clean. Worse bed, madress slides of easy. Decent shower. Bad towels, small and got spots. Decent Wifi, not good speed and logouts. Best location for Kings Dominion. Good Mexican restaurang next door. Good AC. Highway noise if room face it. ”

“Clean room, welcoming staff, easy access”

“This was a very disappointing visit. When we arrived that evening and started unpacking, we were placing items in the room refrigerator only to find a terrible foul stench when we opened the refrigerator door. When asked to get the refrigerator exchanged we were only given the option to change rooms (which we did as the room reaked of the smell). Had to have them fix the TV, had to get 3 sets of cards, and there was water being released from a pipe running into the parking lot amongst other...

“The room smelled of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. Staff did offer to move the room but that room smelled more like smoke. Rooms need air fresheners and drapes, carpets and bed linen need cleaning items that get rid of the smoke smell. Breakfast was amazing!”

“Bugs on one of the beds. Highway noise is terrible”
