“I whole heartedly urge you to take your money somewhere else or put it to better use. I never write reviews but feel obligated and compelled to do so here. This place was expensive in comparison to similar nearby hotels and yet the service was absolutely and completely GARBAGE. The AC was not working in one of our rooms, a suite for that matter. The very unfriendly with zero customer service skills front desk rep told us to call the manager. Called the manager, left a voicemail and never heard...

“The beds and pillows were comfortable, the room was dirty and had bugs. The first night the lady at the front desk was amazing but the next couple of days had different staff members and they were ok, not very helpful. Each day I had to go to the office to get my room key fixed because it wouldn’t work. We couldn’t watch TV because it didn’t work and the staff was unable to fix it. We had a non smoking room but always smelled like cigarettes and weed. Wouldn’t stay here again!”

“Stayed for 2 nights. Room was clean and comfortable. Was pleasantly surprised to see that our room had been serviced while out for a day at the theme park. Since covid this is rare. Breakfast was good. Would recommend this hotel.”

“We checked into our room yesterday afternoon. Then we came back around 11:30pm and couldn't get into the room so asked the front desk for help. Front desk walked to the room with us and opened it. SOMEONE ELSE WAS ASLEEP IN OUR ROOM! Front desk said they double booked it. I called today asking for a refund, and guy at front desk acted like I was crazy and didn't even say sorry. He did provide an email for the manager, who I messaged today.”

“Kinda Clean. Worse bed, madress slides of easy. Decent shower. Bad towels, small and got spots. Decent Wifi, not good speed and logouts. Best location for Kings Dominion. Good Mexican restaurang next door. Good AC. Highway noise if room face it. ”

“Avoid at all costs. The photos of the room I have seen prior to booking were all a complete lie. The room was dirty, there were bugs popping up frequently, the floorboards were not fully leveled, and there were multiple holes and cracks in the walls. No appliances for food either and the wifi is terrible. There was also no smoke alarm which I believe is a serious violation. You're better off paying a few more bucks for somewhere else nearby, especially if you are there for Kings Dominion.”

“We had 2 rooms. 1st of all to start 1 of the keys didn't open the door and we had to go back to the lobby to get it fix. Then as soon as we enter the room it had a very terrible odor. We ask for 2 rooms and I ask to have connecting rooms well I didn't get my request. Pool was close for maintenance and hotel needs an update.”

“It’s poorly maintained. The photos are not exactly what you get (we missed a table). Cleaning supplies smell is everywhere. The sheet had strains. Breakfast was said to be just a muffin, coffee and juice before 9am (I decided to skip). Really find a better place”

“We had a terrible night. First, the air conditioning didn't work. We asked for help, but the staff member told us that was just how it was and that there were no other rooms available. She then brought out two dirty fans that looked like they belonged in the Paleolithic era. We told her we wanted a refund, and—as if by magic—a room suddenly became available. We went in, and my son and I—exhausted—took showers. Just as we were settling down to rest, my son screamed; there was a protruding piece...
