“While the on line pictures were OK the property was much more primitive than expected. The wood burning stove was appreciated however the kindling supply (outside in the bin) was limited; did get the fire going, twice, tho’. The adjacent bathroom could be spiffed up. Our host was very helpful &’friendly, heating our dinner at his own home.”

“This place was fantastic - I would recommend adding more photos to the listing so folks can truly get a sense of the full space prior to their stay as it was great!”

“Such a beautiful property! Very helpful hosts and the space was exactly as advertised. I especially love all the extra touches around the property like the mural, fireplace and bbq. There were spices and a basket of items that people may have forgotten to pack. Those extra touches really make a difference. Very comfortable and totally recommend 👌”

“Made our summer vacation perfect! My boyfriend doesn’t really care for cabins he prefers tent camping but said he wants to come back here and I agree it was a relaxing place, so quiet and cozy I was sad to go back home. The host was so nice and welcoming. All I can say is thank you so much I’m so excited to come back I loved my time at bunkie land!”

“Fantastic water view. Bathroom was very small. Almost had to get out of it to get into it. Shower water control tap was useless. Valve was sticking making it hard to adjust the temperature. Enclosed sun room was great. Very nice addition to the room. The heater / AC was noisy. The smoke detector was located 4 or 5 feet on a wall below the ceiling. Likely contrary to code and a potential fire safety issue.”

“Beautiful cottage on the property. Very clean comfortable and homey!”

“It was clean, staff was friendly”

“Hotellet var väldigt nedgånget och inte väl underhållet.”

“The team was very sweet to allow us to make adjustments to our booking last minute. Appreciate the kind staff!”
