Hantverksmarknad

The hotel is infested with bedbugs. My bed also had ants in it. I asked to change room but the other room also had bedbugs. A third room I was offered also had evidence of bed bugs. The staff was very accommodating. I showed them the videos of bedbugs crawling on the wall and dead ones in the bed. I woke up after having been bitten, overall an extremely unpleasant experience. The sound isolation of the hotel is also very bad, you hear everything that happens outside, in the corridor you hear everything people do in their room. Overall an extremely disappointing experience, bedbugs are no joke.

The suites are beautiful and clean, the front desk staff was no help when it came to making recommendations for places to eat in the neighborhood.
