“Rooms are ok. Beds reasonably comfortable. Onsens are great after day of skiing. Location is good too. Very friendly staff. Buffet is ok, nothing to write home about. ”

“Hotellet ligger bra till för alla 5 skidsystemen i Hakuba regionen. Personalen pratar urusel engelska eller andra språk. De 3 restaurang erna i hotellet har bra men är på tok för dyra, de har ingen afterski eller t ex dagens rätt.”

“Liked the concept with beds on the floor and the room was big. Great breakfast and very nice straff. They also had a lovely Onsen. The hotel was on walking distance to the skiarea Happo One (aprox 1 km). If you wanted to go to Hakuba 47 the bus stop was right outside of the hotel with free shuttle service! ”

“We recommend dealing with the property directly rather than through Expedia, as communication was excellent once we did so. The team was incredibly helpful and accommodating with all our requests. The heating system and TV were a bit tricky to figure out at first, but everything worked fine once we got the hang of it. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the Happo One Gondola Adam—and very peaceful.”
