“The sound was a very short walk from our rental. There wasn't a swimming beach on site which I knew already (there are pools on site which can be nice on rainy days). The sound was, however, very beautiful and teeming with wildlife. Every shell had a crab living in it. There were more gorgeous birds and fiddler crabs than I'd ever seen before. We spent the days at the public beaches (each were only about a 10 minute drive from the rental), then after showering and dinner, my kids loved walking...

“This was our first trip to the Island but it won’t be the last! The condo was very roomy and clean. My husband is a huge clean freak and he said “this is probably the cleanest place we’ve stayed”. The beds were extremely comfy too! The property was gorgeous and our boys loved just exploring. There are feral cats on the grounds, which we loved getting to “spot” and pet when we could. We were a little sad because the indoor pool was closed while we were there, but the outdoor pools were super nice...

“This condo has been updated and is spectacular. No corners were cut when renovating this condo. Everything was so nice, clean and well-stocked. The view is incredible. Hosts were very responsive and did whatever they could to accommodate our requests. Super impressed. We would 10/10 recommend.”

“We had a great family weekend staying here!! We walked in and it was well decorated and so clean! Lots of spices and kitchen essentials were stocked, so we ate breakfast and lunch in! We were under extreme heat advisory and the air conditioner had no trouble keeping up, so we relaxed and slept comfortably. The deck view was so peaceful overlooking the golf course. We saw deer, turtles, lots of beautiful birds right from the back door. Walking distance to a few restaurants and an easy drive to...

“The Cozy Crab was perfect for my fiancé and I’s vacation! Super short walk to the beach and a super short drive to Shelter Cove. The condo was well-equipped and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. It was definitely small, but that was no problem since it was just the two of us. The resort the unit is in has a lot of activities, restaurants, etc. so there was always something to do without leaving the property. Joe and Debbie were fantastic hosts and very responsive! ”
