“My wife and I just needed a room for a night and this was a better option than a hotel. Hosts were great. Answered a few questions for us, which we really appreciated since we weren't from the area. It was as advertised, so we got what we expected. Super close to public transportation and the sports stadiums, which is what we were looking for. Neighborhood seemed quite. Cute little coffee shop/bakery about a block or two away. It was really good. We weren't there that much. Really just to sleep....

“If you have more than one vehicle it can be a pain to park. We paid 20 bucks a day and parked the 2nd vehicle at the hospital garage. Beautiful views from the balcony.”

So be prepared for that, but besides that- great place to stay and hosts were very responsive. Cap hill is a great place to stay, and despite its popularity, it was quiet at night & easy to get rest.
