“Vi var på besök i Gyaltego Bay i tre dagar. Vi är nöjda med läget av hotellet, nära stan och flygplatsen, samt vacker utsikt. Personalen var hjälpsam och trevlig. Skulle kunna bo där igen”

“I booked the hotel for colleagues.. Upon passing by the hotel in route to somewhere else, prior to check in time, we could not believe the hotel was even open. The property was extremely unclean, piles of trash, abandoned vehicles etc. I could not let our guests stay there. WE NEVER CHECKED IN. I do not recommend staying at this hotel until they clean up the property.”

“Property is listed as a resort. It's not. They are rundown apartments renting as short term rentals. The apartment I was assigned badly needed up dating.. The place was stuck in the 1970s. All the furniture was old and looks like 'side walk"'trash from the 70s. The stove was the old coiled electric stove. The space wasn't designed properly. “The surprise in the name checks out. Surprise- no pool, surprise very dirty.. bathroom disgusting. Furniture dirty and disgusting. Not comfortable at all. Ants and knots all throughout the kitchen. Location horrible have to pay $60 to go to nearest store and no one delivered . ”

“I didn't like the stay. The bed was extremely hard. Ther were no real amenities to use. The staff was not accommodating at all. They wouldn't clean your room nor empty your trash unless you asked several times. many of the meals were not very good.”

“We literally were only there for half hour and had to leave! Please is outdated, room smelled molded! Bedsheets and bedding were dirty, that is had pee stains! Went outside the room to catch my breath from the room and a lizard about went in my hair! The room door had gaps that insect or lizard could come in! We left and tried to get a refund but we're out right denied, even though we were there for half an hour!”
