âIt was a beautiful property. Easy check in process. Accidently locked myself out of the room and was able to get to someone immediately for help. Walkable night life and great resturants nearby. â
âThe staff was excellent. Pleasant stay overall. Customer service on point. I spoke to miss Judine by phone and she was able to accommodate my last minute request. I met Miss Jackie who is also a sweetheart. Everything was ready when I arrived. So grateful for these 2 wonderful ladies. Breakfast was good. I met the chef. The property was clean and the place is quiet if you need a good night's rest. I would stay here again. It is also a budget friendly hotel, worth every penny. â

âI like everything about the property even my grandchildren say they want to come back there BUT the laundry was very poor I get to understand they use outside laundry which is very bad at night and early morning no towels and they say they donât give wash cloth that is a no no the hot water boiler is always off in the morning only cold water to shower if they fix these situations it can be a great place the towels at bad colour and course they need their own laundry and things will get better a...

"A woman at the frontdesk with big red glasses were very unfriendly and rude to us when we wanted help with changing room. She said our issue was unsolvable, but we got help the day after by woman with a great servise attitude.
